Are your prices per car or per person?
Our prices are per car not per passenger. The price you see is the price you pay. You will be charged an extra 10 euro depending on whether you choose to pay by card. |

How early do I need to book my car?
The earlier the better. However, 24 hours would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking it is best to send a fax with all the information required onour site i.e. credit card details , flight , destination , time. |

Can I make a booking on the phone?
No , we accept only requests by email or fax. |

Can I make a booking if the party consists of more than thirteen passengers?
We can provide you a service with a combination of vehicles. |

Will you meet us at any time of day?
Yes we are able to provide a 24hour service. We will meet you at any time of day but there will be an extra charge for unsocial hours . See info on our site. |

How do I find my driver?
After clearing Customs your driver will be waiting for you in the Arrivals holding a board with the name of the Party Leader . |

What if the flight is delayed or early?
We will check the flight status on the day and the driver will arrive at the airport 30 minutes after the flight lands. if you have made other arrangements the driver will arrive according to those arrangements. |

I have completed a booking form will you confirm the booking?
Yes we will confirm your booking within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not receive this confirmation please contact us as we may not have received your booking. |

How long will the taxi driver be waiting for you after the agreed time ?
The taxi driver will wait for you for one hour after the estimated time of arriving. |

Can I pay by credit card?
If you choose to do that you will be charged an additional sum of 10 euros. |

Do I need to pay in advance?
No you do not need to pay in advance. Where you elect to pay on arrival we will require card details to secure the booking. |

We keep all your card details in a safe and secure place and are then destroyed after the journey has been completed. |

Yes, you can cancel or postpone a booking 10 hours before the time of arrival or departure . |
