Take a Taxi

Departure Dates:
Daily - January 01st, 2006 to January 1st, 2007
Departure Point:
• Transfer departs from your chosen Rome Hotel or Rome Airport.
• When taking the transfer from Rome Airport, you will be met by the taketaxi driver after you have collected your luggage. The driver will be holding a sheet with the Lead Passenger's name.
Departure Time:
• Your chosen time (transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
• Please advise desired time at the time of booking
Hotel Pickup:
• Please advise the name of your hotel address and your required pickup time in the Hotel Pick Up' field when booking your transfer.
•Transfer concludes with drop off at Rome Airport or your chosen Rome Hotel

Door-to-door service between Airport to the Hotel or from your Hotel to the Airport. Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is a private transfer service so the price is the same whether you're on your own or you're in a group of up to 4 people! When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details (flight numbers and times of arrival or departure) and your Rome Hotel details (name and address). Your transfer will be confirmed within 48 hours and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.
For every confirmed booking you will be required to print a voucher for presentation at the driver. You will receive your voucher via e-mail once your booking is confirmed.(VERY EASY!)

	Payment


You will pay the bill for your transfer to the Airport or to the Hotel directly to the Driver by cash or credit card.
Note: In order to book the Taxi, please send us your credit card details, the number and the date it expires when you send the confirmation form in attachment by e-mail or by fax . Your credit card will not be charged. You will pay cash to the Taxi Driver. The credit card details serve only to guarantee your reservation and will not be used to make any debits prior to your destination. We also inform you that the car will be sent especially for you and that you have to let us know if there are any changes in your flight schedule . You are kindly required to inform us at least 10 hours before if you no longer need our services ; if you fail to do that the amount for the required taxi ride will be taken from your credit card . Rest assured that we will carefully erase your credit card details after you arrive.
