CANCELLATION CANCELLATION POLICY & PENALTIES:

All cancellations must be notified by fax or email and must have a written acknowledgement of receipt from Green Line Tours. Ø Clients who cancel full or half day tours will incur penalties as follows: Up to three days prior to departure: No penalty Less than 3 days prior: 10% penalty No show: 100% penalty Ø Clients who cancel tours 16, 16a, 16B, 18a and 17a, transfers or private services will incur penalties as follows: 4 or more days prior to tour departure: 10% penalty less than 4 days, more than 48 hrs prior: 50% penalty less than 48 hrs prior : 100% penalty Ø Clients who cancel any tour of Italy will incur penalties as follows: until 10 working days (Saturday excluded) before departure: no cancellation fees apply between 9 and 4 working days (Saturday excluded) before departure: 50% after 3 working days (Saturday excluded) before departure and no show: 100% N.B. Cancellation charges will be debited according to payment conditions agreed.
