PAYMENTS AND DISCOUNTS
Only tours that include overnight stays require pre-payment (see below). You do not have to pre-pay for any of our other regular full or half day tours. Your credit card information is required however so that any applicable penalty charges can be debited against it in the event of no-show or late cancellation (see "Cancellation" for full details) All regular tours that include overnight accommodation and all other private services do require full pre-payment at the time of booking. This is so that we can guarantee the availability of the tour or service required at such competitive prices. You may book as late as one week prior to the date of the tour or service required although we would advise you not to wait until the last moment as you may then be unpleasantly surprised to discover that what you want is no longer available. Payment can be effected by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, CartaSi & Diners are accepted) or by bank transfer (please see bank details below), although in this case, it will take longer for you to receive our confirmation as we will not confirm until our bank advises us that our account has been credited – allow 10 – 14 days. You must also send us a faxed copy of the bankers draft, duly and visibly stamped by the bank, and marked for the attention of the person dealing with your reservation. CHILDREN’S POLICY
Children up to 3 years of age are free on all tours, on condition that they may have to sit on an adult’s lap throughout the tour. Children from 3 – 8 years of age have 20% discount on tours of Rome and surroundings (i.e. all tours that do not include overnight accommodation)
