Please note that ALL our regular tours may be operated on a multi-lingual basis. Please note, that sending confirmation of tours / services that you wish to book it is understood that you accept our Terms and Conditions and the cancellation policy contained under the headings "Cancellations". Changes and Liabilities We, Green Line Tours reserve the right to cancel a tour without prior notice due to reasons beyond our control with the only obligation of reimbursing the cost of the tour (Art, 10 of the International Convention relating to tour contracts, C.C.V. of April 23rd, 1970 notified by law # 1084 dated Dec. 12, 1977. In the event of unforeseen schedule or itinerary changes beyond our control, we reserve the right to give no reimbursement for monies paid. We are not responsible for partial or total closure of museums, monuments or churches, delays or irregularities caused by third parties. We are also not responsible for any loss of personal items which are left on our tour buses, or for any damage caused by third parties to personal items or to clients during the tour. Prices All prices are subject to change without prior notice in case of unforeseen increase of the service's cost. Prices are expressed in Euro. Prices include: - City Tours of Rome, Surroundings of Rome: Transportation in tourist buses, complimentary pick up service from central Rome hotel to departure point and drop off in the vicinity of same hotel at the end of the tour, assistance of a multilingual local guide, entrance fees, meals if mentioned (drinks excluded) and V.A.T. - Shuttle Tour: transportation, taped commentary, assistance of staff on each bus. Tickets valid 24 hours from the day of issue only. - Day trips from Rome and Mini Tours: Transportation in tourist buses, complimentary pick up service from central Rome hotel to departure point and drop off in the vicinity of same hotel at the end of the tour, assistance of a multilingual tour leader for the duration of the tour, local guides, entrance fees, meals when mentioned (drinks excluded except on First Class Tour), boat or hydrofoil to and from the Isle of Capri, hotel accommodation in first or second category hotels with bath or shower, (cost of transporting luggage to or from Capri(see tour page for details) and/or porterage not included) and V.A.T. - Walking tour of Florence: multilingual local guide (tours are held usually in more then one language), entrance fees, meals if mentioned (drinks excluded) and V.A.T. - Day trips from Naples: Transportation in tourist buses, assistance of a multilingual tour leader for the duration of the tour, complimentary pick up service from central Naples hotel to departure point, local guides, entrance fees, meals when mentioned (drinks excluded), boat or hydrofoil to and from the Isle of Capri and V.A.T. - Tours of Italy: Transportation in tourist buses, assistance of a multilingual tour leader for the duration of the tour, local guides, meals when mentioned, hotel accommodation in first class hotels with bath or shower and V.A.T. - Transfers: Private vehicle (car/limousine/minibuses) with driver, luggage allowance: 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag per person, waiting time of up to 30 minutes after arrival (based on official landing time). Longer waiting periods (up to a maximum of 2 hours) will be charged at Euro 13.00 for each extra hour or fraction. Night arrivals and/or departures ( from 8.00 pm to 8.00 am) incur a supplement of Euro 7.80 Lit per vehicle. - Tailor made services: Details of what price includes / excludes, and any cancellation penalty charges that may be applied will be specified in the form sent to you by us when advising the cost and availability of services requested so that you are fully aware of this information before you confirm. Privacy Policy Green Line Tours (GLT) uses customer's data for the sole purpose of providing them with travel services and will not sell, rent or lease any of the individual data obtained from you to other marketing firms or parties. We do share the basic information only with providers of the product or service you book
