| The day we arrived we took the first taxi from the airport to our hotel but we forgot to bargain before we got in the car and had to pay what the driver asked us . | We were very satisfied with your service, the driver was on time (although we were approx 2 hrs late) and stood in a prominent place displaying our name when we arrived at the airport. He was smartly dressed and very Courteous also helped with our cases. | Hi Beatrice I forget our driver's name but he was very nice and very informative and should be complimented on his service. I will recommend your service to anyone who is going to Rome as the only way to get into or out of town. It's a pleasure to deal with a company that has it all together as your company seems to do. By the way, just as an aside: We loved Rome. This was our first trip there and we will surely be back. The city is uau uau uau......., easy to get around in, the food was great and the weather uau uau uau......co-operated with visitors.
