| E una basilicata paleocristiana ben conservata , fondata da Pietro d'Illiria nel 425. Per la costruzione furono utilizzate 24 colonne di marmo del Tempio di Giunone Regina , che si trova li vicino. Di particolare interesse è il portale ligneo di cipresso scolpito del v secolo ; sui pannelli scene dell Antico e Nuovo Testamento. All'interno la navata è scandita da bianche colonne corinzie e archi in marmo decorato Le vetrate sono del IX secolo . Con un offerta libera si puo visitare il chiostro medievale : semplice e suggestivo , rievoca la vita contemplativa di un tempo. | |

| Santa Sabina is a paleochristian church founded in the 425 by Pietro dell'Illiria The church was built with the 24 marble columns of the Giunone Regina temple ( the queen of the gods ) .The beautiful sculpted gate is from the V century and is made of cypress wood ; the representative scenes of the Old and the New Testament are amazing . The inner nave is built on white Corinthian columns and the arches are decorated with marble . The stained glass windows are from the the 9th century.
