Dedicata a due martiri del I secolo,questa chiesa medievale conserva alcuni interessanti affreschi del Pomarancio,raffiguranti le raccapriccianti torture alle quali gli apostoli martirizzati venivano sottoposti.Un pulpito si erege su un basamento di porfido rinvenuto nelle vicine Terme di Caracalla. |
This medieval church is a tribute to two martyrs of I century in this beautiful place you can find frescos representing of the two saints during their tortures and their agonies.A pulpit is erected above a marble base near the "Terme bath of Caracalla". |
